Awesome Recipe from Cheryl of Pink Panda Fabrics
Hello! Today we have a fantasic recipe courtesy of Cheryl, from Pink Panda Fabrics. Pink Panda Fabrics is a great little fabric store that has recently opened up on etsy, kept stocked with lots of gorgeous textiles and notions. As a crafty seamstress herself, Cheryl found it difficult to find designer fabrics in Canada, so she’s set forth to remedy that situation, and she’s succeeding admirably. Go on and check out Pink Panda Fabrics…you’ll be inprired but all the beautiful fabrics you find there!
Today Cheryl has provided us with a recipe for:
“Quick and easy Pasta Salad with Lemon Pesto Dressing”
ingredients;
1 pound macaroni or corkscrew pasta
1 cup prepared pesto sauce (from grocery store)
1 lemon, juiced and zested
1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
2 scallions (green onion), chopped
1 pound tub bocconcini mini pieces of mozzarella, drained and halved
Salt and pepper
