Many of you will remember our post about Peppermaster: A Culinary Adventure…spicey, yummy sauces and mashes made from locally produced and fair trade sourced hot peppers. Well, it would seem that they could use a bit of a hand…here’s Tina Brooks, VP Marketing, Peppermaster(TM) Hot Sauces to let you know what’s going on, and how you can help:
Our company Brooks Pepperfire Foods a small independently owned hot sauce company and small batch co-packer has been rapidly expanding.
We have been working with a Government funded company CIDEM-Techno (http://www.cidem.ca) to upgrade our business operations and open our new kitchen using the available government small businesses assistance. The spinoff of this project was 12 new jobs which are sorely needed. An abrupt closure of CIDEM-Techno, who was providing our financial and technical business advisors, has forced us to come up with an interim solution that will buy us the time to replace these much needed resources. We have a new local first fair trade salsa line scheduled for launch at the end of June, so in order to pay for the advisors and continue the project, we are pre-selling cases of the Salsa. If you would like to help go to: http://www.peppermaster.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=50&products_id=188

We hope you can help.
