Hi Folks!  Welcome to the brand spankin’ new layout for IndieNorth, complete with it’s own Hallowe’en Decor!  Yayyyyyy!  You’ll have to excuse the rather common colour scheme…the truth is, I love Hallowe’en, and I love it in all it’s crazy, cheesy, silly glory…so I really had no choice but to decorate in Black and Orange.

I’m just putting the finishing touches on, so if something is missing, don’t panic, I probably just haven’t put it up yet!

So…about the new layout…

1. It’s exceptionally easy to switch up the decor around here now, so be ready for lots more scene changes!
2. Since I’m an obsessive blog reader, I’ve moved the blogroll so it’s much more prominent.  And, there’s still lots of room for more blogs.  If you’ve asked to be placed on the blogroll and you’re not there yet, just drop me a line at beth [@] indienorth.com.  I probably got distracted by something shiny and simply forgot to post it.  Or, you sent me to the wrong site by accident, and I think you’re a complete fruitcake.  Not that it’s ever happened before, or anything. 
3. The new sponsors’ area allows for lots more room “above the fold”.
4. The rockstar sponsor spot will be above the regular sponsors, and I nearly have that worked out…stick around for that!
5. The slideshow scrolls through the past 7 posts, which gives you 7 days of top of the page visability.  As well, the Rockstar Sponsor Feature post will scroll through all month.
