Hoo boy…here’s a store built to suit my personal addiction:  it’s teaming with awesome handmade hats!!!  The instant I started cruising through Sugar Soul Studio, I knew I was hooked.  Christine stocks her etsy shop full of absolutely awesome casual hats, vibrant and colourful, and embellished with fun buttons and appliques.  I’m seriously drooling here!  The hats from Sugar Soul Studio are often created from deconstructed blazers and skirts, which just makes them that much cooler in my books.  My friends and fellow hat people, you just have to check out this shop!

1. Orange Corduroy Cloche with Brown Button Cluster:  This soft orange corduroy hat is fully lined with a khaki and sage green floral patterned 100% cotton and is adorned with a cluster of vintage brown buttons on the left side.
2. Pink White and Purple Slouch Toque with Bird Applique:  Rather than fly south for the winter, these two “tweed-y” birds have decided to hang around and adorn your new comfy and warm slouch toque.  I make these super-sized so that it can easily be worn with most of the hat’s fabric at the nape of your neck to create a loose beret profile, as shown in the photos. Lined with 100% cotton, this toque will not crush your hair or give you static cling like tighter knit toques do.
3. Red Brown Diamond Weave Wool Tweed Cloche with Black Buttons:  This red and brown diamond patterned tweed hat is fully lined with black floral patterned 100% cotton. It is a six panel design, with a short, flattering brim that wraps from ear to ear. This hat measures 23″ (58.5cm) around the inner circumference and is adorned with 3 black buttons on the left side. It is meant to cover the tops of your ears so please measure carefully to ensure the proper fit.
