- Reticulated Silver Pendant, lunar: of course the moon is made of cheese …swiss cheese!
hand cut in sterling silver, a large disc has been punched with holes of various sizes then given a heavily textured surface. the disc was first depletion gilded, repeatedly torched to red hot till a dark black surface appears, quenched in an acid bath then scrubbed between treatments with a brass brush to remove all traces of copper and firescale from the surface. it was then reticulated, carefully heated to a near liquid silver state until the surface rippled. finally tumbled for a couple hours to strengthen and polish and given a final polish by hand for a remarkable high shine. strung from a hidden tube bail on a thin sterling silver neckwire, it’s a one of a kind and totally unique statement piece.
- Brazillian Olive Quartz Chubby Leaf Necklace: beautifully cut in an unusual chubby leaf shape and with superb faceting, a gorgeous brazilian olive quartz gemstone has been wire wrapped with sterling silver to an italian sterling box chain. the briolette is eye clean with crisp sharp facets, a fabulous aa grade stone! all sterling has been oxidized and hand polished.
- Square Hammered Sterling Silver Dish Necklace: a beautifully faceted glittering deep burnt orange cubic zirconia teardrop sits nestled in a hammered, slightly concave soft cornered square “dish”. all sterling silver that has been deeply oxidized and hand polished for rustic character and charm.
- Bracelet with mod sterling silver disc: chunky bracelet featuring a mod hand cut disc accented with a smaller hand cut dot. closes with a large, easy to use lobster clasp. all metalwork is done in studio by me. solid sterling silver that has been deeply oxidized and hand polished to a buttery soft finish.
