“My name is Dawn and I am a full time work from home Mom! I have 2 boys ages 10 and 7, and I am thankful to have the opportunity to work from home, and do what I love to do….Paint!
Much of my work is based on quotes, I love to bring them to life and touch the heart of the beholder!
I invite you to come visit my website and check out my work!”
Each picture frame is a unique piece of art by Prairie Lane Boutique!
All frames are hand cut from sturdy MDF, have routered edges and a keyhole in the back for hanging. All frames are hand painted (no stencils or vinyl used), and edges can be distressed, to create a warm aged look.
These fashionable strap covers work for Moms as well as big kids. It fits any standard sized car seat belt.
They are very easy to attach with on the back velcro.
Okay before we start, I should say that Ashley from Off The Hooks has just the most gorgeous selection of handspun, hand painted yarns in her shop, so if you’re hankering for a bit of colour, you need to check out all the beautiful yarns available in her shop.
This stunning and deceptively simple yarn caught my attention immediately while poking around at Off The Hooks. It is just so rich and creamy looking I couldn’t resist featuring it as the week’s Tidbit.

Boutique Karma is a fantastic etsy shop featuring a ton of fabulous handmade gifts! Crayon roll ups, eye pillows, coasters and casserole covers, all made up in rich colours with an eye for quality.
Earlier this year I purchased a couple of crayon roll ups from Boutique Karma, and I couldn’t be happier with the the quality of the goods, and the speed at which they were shipped out. Boutique Karma is just a fantastic shop…go check it out!

I am utterly astounded by the fact that these beautiful, intricate beads are actually made from polymer clay…no paint is used at all! Elaine from Too Aquarius creates the colours and designs by carefully mixing and building up blends and stacks of clay, which are then stretched and reduced to tiny graphics, sliced and applied to beads. Says Elaine:
“My favourite designs are often flowers and little faces hiding in them for a bit of a fairytale quality on each bead”.
So Beautiful!
